Welcome back for our 5th ever Tuesday core night! Once a week, we like to focus our fitness efforts on our neglected but important core muscles! In climbing, our core plays a HUGE part in pretty well everything we do. It keeps our feet on the wall, it allows us to bring our feet back up to a hold when we cut loose, and of course it factors into every single move we do.
