#tuesdaycorenight #6 – September, 15 2015

Another week has come and gone and it’s finally time for another Tuesday core night! The girls and I are heading out to the Heist 2015 this weekend, an all female climbing competition in Watertown, Massachusetts so this week of training will be a light one. Nonetheless, core night is happening!

Unfortunately, I’m also sick with a painful head cold so tonight’s workout should be interesting. My workouts will get done, but probably with a little more whining (sorry, Sebastian).
