Pyramid Workout – Endurance Training

how-to-climbI stumbled upon this particular endurance workout in Eric Horst’s “How to Climb 5.12”. Despite it appearing straight forward, it is no easy feat. I highly recommend this book and many others by Horst if you’ve become interested in climbing training.

  • make sure you have a timer
  • if this is too easy, choose a steeper wall
  • safe to do up to twice a week
  • results (increase in anaerobic endurance) will show after 6 workouts
