Seb was on fire this weekend ticking off another 6 problems from his tick list. He hopes to repeat all of Nova Scotia’s hardest problems by the end of the season, and he is well on his way.
The days are feeling longer, your skin is wearing thin, and your legs just can’t seem to move like you want them to. It’s time for a rest day whether you want to admit it or not. Fear not, there’s lots you can do to bide your time until your body is ready to climb again!
Seemingly all at once I was hearing about strong women opening up about the pressure they feel to be someone else or to portray themselves a certain way, and how confusing that can be. Bouldering competition season is over and rope season is about to begin which means… it’s the perfect time to reset my personal goals! If I stay focused on what needs improvement though, I’ll become a better climber in the long term which is motivation enough.
