Before we begin, I have to apologize for missing last week’s Tuesday core night. Unfortunately, I don’t have an excuse – it was just a busy week! To make up for it, I have an even EASIER Tuesday core night for you all.

I’ve decided to break my routine a little bit this week by not following my typical 14 minute core workout. Instead, I’ve decided to condense the workout, making it shorter but unfortunately just as hard:

  • 1 min of bicycles, kicking your legs as fast as possible with 1 min of rest
  • Repeat 4 times

Close your lap top, shut off your ipad, lock your phone and take a few minutes to do this exercise! As always, take a picture or video of yourself participating in #tuesdaycorenight, and post it on instagram using our hashtag. I hope you enjoy! ūüôā

Another week has come and gone and it’s finally time for another Tuesday core night! The girls and I are heading out to the Heist 2015 this weekend, an all female climbing competition in Watertown, Massachusetts so this week of training will be a light one. Nonetheless, core night¬†is happening!

Unfortunately, I’m also sick with a painful head cold so tonight’s workout should be interesting. My workouts will get done, but probably with a little more whining (sorry, Sebastian).

Welcome back for our 5th ever Tuesday core night! Once a week, we like to focus our fitness efforts on our neglected but important core muscles! In climbing, our core plays a HUGE part in pretty well everything we do. It keeps our feet on the wall, it allows us to bring our feet back up to a hold when we cut loose, and of course it factors into every single move we do.

Welcome back to another Tuesday core night! The past week has got me¬†beat. Between moving to a new place and making time for my workouts, I’m feeling a lack of motivation to try hard. Core is the last thing on my mind. But, as you guessed, I’m going to work it anyway. Let’s do it!
